This training course presents the basic principles and approaches of managing risks and opportunities based on the guidelines of ISO 31000. It focuses on the main components of ISO 31000: basic terms and definitions, principles of risk management, risk management framework, and risk management process. In addition, each step of the risk management process is analyzed and elaborated individually. With the self-study delivery mode, this course is offered on an on-going basis, and is perfectly suited for participants who have limited time to attend training sessions. You have the flexibility to choose the dates that you would like to do the course, learn at your own pace/time, and take the exam when it is convenient for you. You will have 24/7 access to the training course materials, information, & practical examples, along with files in an editable format (case study & exercises with correction key files).
