How top-flight project managers grow their leadership skills

In this webinar, the presenter discussed some of the skills that project managers should possess to succeed at becoming great leaders. The presenter talked about the importance of acquiring skills by analogy, and presented some models that help project managers on developing the necessary skills.

Patrick Mayfield is an author and coach. He coaches leaders around the world to become what he calls “positive outliers”- the top 8% of change leaders, those who lead the way for the rest of us. He has authored two solo books: Practical People Engagement (2013) which was adopted by APMG International as the core reference for its qualification in Stakeholder Engagement, and Leading Yourself: Succeeding from the Inside Out (2016).
