Andrew Sharman is the Chief Executive of RMS, an international specialist consulting firm, that is currently improving safety culture and enabling excellence in FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organizations around the world. Andrew holds Masters Degrees in Occupational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour and International Health & Safety Law. He is a Chartered Fellow of IOSH and a Fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management. Moreover, Andrew is a Professor of Leadership & Safety Culture at CEDEP, Fontainebleau, France and Visiting Professor in Risk Management at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. Professor Sharman is also Vice President of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH).
