This training course will enable participants to acquire the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification process. Participants will also learn how to master audit techniques and become competent to manage an audit program, audit team, communicate with customers, and resolve any potential conflicts. With the Self-Study and eLearning delivery modes, this course is offered on an on-going basis, and it is perfectly suited for participants who have limited time to attend training sessions. You will have 24/7 access to pre-recorded videos plus the regular training course materials with the additional files available in an editable format (case study & exercises with correction key files).
