Oana has extensive background in technology, financial services and telecommunications industries for over 15 years in privacy risk and compliance roles. She joined Genpact in June 2022 as Sr. Manager - Data Privacy, prior to this she has been the Data Protection Officer for Verifone, responsible for implementing a comprehensive compliance program with global privacy laws. Oana has a wide range of business and regulatory legal expertise ranging from consumer law, competition law, ethics, information security and data protection and she holds the CIPP/E and CIPP/US credentials.
