Richard Green
Owner and Managing Director, Kingsford Consultancy Services (KCS) Limited

Richard, owner and managing director of Kingsford Consultancy Services (KCS) Limited, provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and fosters stakeholder relationships for KCS. He oversees business development, strategic and operational risk management, and corporate finances. He also monitors the quality of product deliveries and customer services. Additionally, Richard heads examinations at the International Standards Testing Organization, is a member of the PECB General Scheme Advisory Board, and is the Chartered Quality Institute’s Head of Delegation in numerous ISO committees.

Before his current role, Richard held leadership positions, including Interim Head of Membership Services at the CQI, contributing to strategy development and overseeing operational and financial performance. Prior, he served as Head of Professional Networks at the same institute. Preceding his time at the CQI, he worked at IRCA as a Technical Manager, later becoming Head of Technical Services. In this capacity, he chaired the IRCA Advisory Group, focusing on the development and maintenance of training organization approval criteria, course criteria, and examinations.

Earlier in his career, he held many other important roles. Some of these include his role at Curo as Business Support Manager, at Bath & North East Somerset Council first as Systems Manager (IT/QA) and then as Corporate Contracts Manager, and at Bath City Council as Quality Assurance/Computer Systems Manager. Richard holds numerous professional qualifications and has been involved with various institutes throughout his career.
